Nintendo: In a recent interview, it was revealed that Nintendo is going to start officially making (or rather, helping make) movies based on their games. We can expect the first movie to come in 2-3 years. Hopefully, none of them are Super Mario Bros levels of bad.
Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2: Yes, this is already a thing. BandaiNamco put up a Dragon Ball teaser site on Monday with a 24 hour ountdown and when the time was up it was revealed to be Xenoverse 2. The trailer shows new stages, characters that weren't in the previous game (Zarbon, Dodoria, Turles, Lord Slug, Young Future Trunks), and the graphics look better. Also, it's not going to be on the last gen consoles, unlike Xenoverse 1, and is coming later this year. Hopefully, it will have some vast improvements over Xenoverse 1. We'll get more news at E3.
Batman: Return to Arkham: This si the Batman Arkham HD Collection that was leaked a while ago. It was officially announced, and is coming July 26th to PS4, XBOne and PC
|But why would you want to return to Arkham? (In-series)|
Yooka-Laylee: We got a lot of news recently: The main villain is Capital B, and he's trying to convert books to pure profit, and Yooka and Laylee go to the various worlds inside books to collect the Pagies and stop him. You can collect Tasty Butterfly Energy to restore health and energy, as well as Quills to get upgrades from Trowzer (the snake. Haha.) There's also Dr. Quack, who akes inventions for Capital B, and Dr. Puzz, who gives you transformations, kinda like Mumbo from Banjo-Kazooie. Playtonic is still aiming for their advertised release date of this October, but are willing to delay it if it's not up to snuff. Again, there will be more at E3.
So, that's this week's news. I hope we get more news soon, either way I'm going to post more soon.
HBM, signing out.
